Early check-in or late check-out requires Manager approval.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We DO NOT give refunds. With 7 day notice of cancelation, we will give a rain check (credit) good for 1 year from date of reservation. If notice is given less than 7 days you will forfeit your deposit. We do not give rain checks if you leave early. Your date of payment starts on the 1st day of your reservation even if you arrive later than your scheduled date of arrival.
Rain Checks
If you reserve with a rain check we will transfer the funds from your old reservation to your new reservation. If you cancel a rain check reservation your deposit will be forfeited. Reminder - your rain check is good for 1 year from original reservation date.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome. The City of Port Isabel ordinances require all pets be leashed when outside the residence. Please keep your pet area clean, and clean-up after your pets do their business on your lot or when out walking. Thank you!
